📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for regional transformation, focusing on sustainable development, digital innovation, and economic growth.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute transformative projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration with government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities to drive shared goals and outcomes.
• Leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international forums to advocate for regional development and showcase best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and advocate for the adoption of best practices and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and community representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, economics, or regional development, with at least 10 years of progressive experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives in the public or private sector, with a focus on regional transformation and sustainable development.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and data analysis software, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Certifications in regional development, public administration, or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung Islands.
