📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Provide excellent client service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial projections and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable or a similar financial role.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with advertising industry practices and terminology.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
