As an Assistant Sales Counter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and promotions.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Stock and organize products on the sales floor.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in sales software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
