📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.,Updating and maintaining customer databases and records.,Collaborating with the sales team to support and assist with sales activities.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
