Hokian Intan Mart is seeking a dedicated Assistant Waitress to join our team. As an Assistant Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting the head waitress in managing the dining area, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waitress in managing the dining area and ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Take orders, deliver food and beverages to customers, and ensure timely service.,Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.,Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.,Assist in restocking and organizing the kitchen and dining area.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.,Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check.
