📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive governance frameworks aligned with international standards such as ISO 37301 and King IV.
• Conduct regular board evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to board members on governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Analyze and interpret governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate board meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on governance performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement governance initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, with a focus on board governance.
• Certification in corporate governance (e.g., Certified Governance Professional - CGP, Certified Corporate Governance Professional - CCGP).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate governance laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using governance software such as BoardEx, Governance360, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with board members and senior management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address governance challenges.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
