📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare and cook food items as per the menu and customer requirements.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
