📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating the F&B service operations to ensure high standards of food and beverage quality.,Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high levels of service and product quality.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the F&B manager to develop and implement service improvement strategies.,Ensure that all F&B service areas are clean and well-maintained.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the F&B department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B service industry.,Proven ability to manage and coordinate F&B service operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and staff scheduling software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.
