📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Provide general HR support and advice to managers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
