In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Operator in managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring stock accuracy.,Support the Store Operator in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with purchases.,Assist in preparing and organizing merchandise for display.,Participate in store promotions and sales events.,Work closely with the Store Operator to ensure smooth daily operations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is an advantage.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
