Makmur Sari Health Center is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace satisfaction.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
