Shine Bit Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and motivated Medical Representative to join our team. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and patients. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and patients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.,Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.,Provide medical education and training to healthcare professionals.,Monitor and report on product performance and market trends.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for field work.
