📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.,Assist in the preparation of financial projections and scenarios.,Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).,Assist in the preparation of financial close and month-end processes.,Support the finance team in financial risk management and internal controls.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an insurance or financial services company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
