📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
