📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry personnel, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.,Oversee the entry, verification, and maintenance of data in various systems and databases.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards to improve efficiency.,Monitor data entry processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.,Train and mentor team members on data entry best practices and new systems.,Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.,Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and management roles.,Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of data entry personnel.,Strong knowledge of data management software and tools, such as Excel, Access, or similar.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.,Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations is a plus.
