📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including sample preparation, testing, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and protocols in the laboratory.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve lab efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the lab team.,Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for lab-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise.,Certifications in relevant laboratory techniques and standards are a plus.,Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes.
