The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee tax compliance and planning activities for the company.,Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior tax officers.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Conduct tax audits and investigations as required.,Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.,Provide tax advice and recommendations to management.,Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all tax-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
