You will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures, and providing post-operative care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment is sterile and ready for use.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, providing support and ensuring patient safety.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies during and after surgery.
- Provide post-operative care, including wound care, pain management, and patient education.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the operating room.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including surgical notes and post-operative care plans.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and infection control protocols.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Familiarity with surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
