📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop the team, providing training and support to achieve high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies and cost efficiency.,Lead and participate in team meetings and staff development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and procurement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
