📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant, including regular cleaning and sanitizing.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food and beverage preparation.,Experience with POS systems and sales analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
