📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet quality standards and customer service expectations.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
