📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our diamond products.,Provide personalized and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury goods or jewelry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the diamond and jewelry industry is a plus.
