📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission and compliance with tax laws.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct regular financial analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and local regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
