📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the development initiatives to enhance the hospital's services and facilities.,Develop and implement strategic plans for the hospital's growth and development.,Oversee the coordination and execution of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of development projects, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and partners.,Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences to promote its services and achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare development and management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
