📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical research projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical research associates, data managers, and regulatory affairs to ensure project milestones are met.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve project efficiency and quality.,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.,Provide project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.,Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and capable team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Clinical Research, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field).,Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical research project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully managing clinical research projects from inception to completion.,Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).,Excellent project management and organizational skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
