📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage SAP Migration and Workforce Management projects from initiation to completion.,Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.,Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.,Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP solutions.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering SAP Migration and Workforce Management projects.,Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP HCM, and related modules.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.,Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
