📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development meetings to provide input on technical documentation needs,Work with the marketing team to ensure technical content aligns with product messaging,Conduct training sessions for internal teams on technical writing best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with version control systems such as Git,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
