Akasha Wira International is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. In this contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. As part of our growing team, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading tools such as SAP and QuickBooks, and contribute to the financial health of our company.

Our company, based in Jakarta Timur, has been a trusted name in the industry for over a decade. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff who is not only technically proficient but also has a keen eye for detail. This is a contract position, offering a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 8,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Provide ad-hoc financial support and analysis as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks.
Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
