📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage solutions.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement best practices.
• Conduct regular infrastructure audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical documentation and training to end-users and support teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong background in networking and server administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with hybrid/remote work models is a plus.
