• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of business operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees and improve their performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, with a strong background in process improvement and optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving business operations.
• Strong knowledge of business operations software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
