📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage the employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve HR practices.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
