📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in their homes or offices to collect payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Conduct face-to-face negotiations to ensure timely payment collection.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records using our in-house system.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve monthly targets and improve collection efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Report any suspicious activities or potential fraud to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
