📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company hires the best talent.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
• Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
