📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and assess candidates' resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the roles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
• Prepare and send offer letters, and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using HRIS software.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role, with a proven track record of successful hiring.
• Fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems.
• Experience with HRIS software such as Workday or BambooHR is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process.
