📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Document IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve and optimize our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other industry-standard software.
